how long do i have to complete the training?

Once you purchase a course, you can access the training whenever you are ready—there is no expiration date. After you log in and begin, you can take as much time as you need to finish the training. Please note, each exam has a set time limit once started

WHEN CAN I DOWNLOAD MY CERTIFICATE?

For all training courses, you can download your certificate immediately after passing the final exam. You can also access and download additional copies at any time in the future.

Are there any prerequisites to take the course?

No. Our programs our designed to teach what you need to take and pass the final exam. If you are new to the industry, we strongly recommend taking the entire course and each quiz before attempting the final exam
